Test Shots of Possible Actors

All three girls we have chosen for our music video are within the age of our target audience, this means that the audience will be able to relate to them more because when singing the lyrics they will all be going through similar things together. When taking our test shots all three are very photogenic and all seemed confident in front of the camera.

We felt like Lauren and Mikah would be a good potential actors is because both have a good personality and very bubbly which would be brought out and shown throughout our music video. Both actors are friends of the group therefore when we come to film the music video it wouldn't be awkward for us because we would be able to film while having a good day out and have a laugh.
The reason why Lauren and Mikah will not be chosen for our music video is because both have a part time job while doing their A-Levels which is mostly coursework based. This means they do not have the required time we would need for our music video because they would be working at the weekends and then be completing their coursework afterwards to meet their deadlines.

Our final potential actor is Ella who will be chosen for our music video. Like the others she has a good personality and will bring a lot to the video. Ella also has an advantage because she is a dancer and is very creative, she has taken dance outside of school when she was younger and has taken dance at GCSE and is now taking it as an A-Level, this means she is very confident in front of crowds etc. which will benefit our group when we need to film in public places.  If we decided to have a dance part during our music video Ella will already have the skills needed, whereas Lauren and Mikah aren't familiar with dance. We are also friends with Ella so filming won't be awkward with her either and we can all enjoy a day filming a music video.
