The class the girl is of is hard to establish, we are first see her in what could be a basement because it looks empty and cold and she is seen putting her stuff in a black bin bag. Someone finds her but it is unclear if it is a stranger or her father. She gets kicked out, but if the house is hers it shows she is middle class because the house looks wealthy. Even if that wasn't her house she is seen to have some class because one of her costumes is a Nike T-Shirt.
If she was middle class the music video shows her going down a class because she is now homeless and walking around looking for somewhere to stay.
In the bridge of the song their was a fast beat and on each beat the camera shots would change to a different shot in a different setting she has been to. This is effective because the bridge is by the end of the song and this is rounding off everywhere she has been showing the audience what she has been through. They have used a wide range of shots, they have used close ups of her face to show her emotions she is having through this hard time. They have used many establishing shots to show the different areas she has been to. This is effective because gives the audience more detail about where the girl is going and what she is up to. Also the establishing shot of the traffic is effective because it shows that everyone still goes on with their day no matter what, everyone just doesn't stop because your having a bad day.

The legal age to drink the UK is 18, therefore the target audience for this music video would be young adults as the music video is constantly showing the abuse of drugs and alcohol which are mature issues to talk and sing about. The target audience can also be given as the actress looks like she around 17/18, if it was directed towards children then a younger star would have been placed in the video to make that more apparent. This would not be directed for those who are 14 and under as hopefully they haven't experienced this. However, as you progress through school you mix with the wrong crowd and know and experience this from a very early age, so they could relate to the song as well.
